Both main spar & front spar doublers I thought would be fairly straight forward, but the inner edges proved to be a little awkward to debur. This was mainly due to the fact my Scotchbrite wheel was just that little bit too wide. As a result, I used a hand file to take the large edges off, and finished it off with some purple Scotchbrite pad.
Decided to take my time with the doublers as there are different sizes and some are counter-sunk. Best mark these properly. triple check and get it right.

The ribs are just one of those ever present irritations that need to be prepared correctly.
