Time to get the stiffeners out.
Below is a good example why you write the part numbers on the part to help identify it. The top 3 stiffeners come in one length as the profile is obviously the same.
However, you'll notice the holes are slightly different in each stiffener so installing these incorrectly is going to cost time to fix.
The top 3 in the image below are the F-01486D, F-01486E & F-01486F.
The other two are the F-01486C-L & F-01486C-R. There's something not quite right about them which I didn't notice at this stage - see if you can pick it.
For some reason I was taking more photos of these F-01486C stiffeners than I normally would, so I must have thought something wasn't right at the time. Having said that, I didn't take the time to read ahead and confirm my suspicions - not sure why.
As a result, I treated them the same as the others and wasted time deburring, prepping, etching and priming them.
If you're curious about what's wrong, have a look at the 12th Dec post as I cover it there.
Here's the next batch ready for etching & priming.
Below is all those parts above etched and mostly dry, but I left them to dry overnight as the day was almost gone.
Now to etch
